The center works to develop and refine the skills and information of all those involved in athletics through multiple development programs, which are divided into two sections.

- Specialized in educational progression through programs and systems approved by the International Association of Athletics Federations
Part Two
- Special for seminars and meetings organized by the center via the Internet
